Roadside repair questions
Can you really fix my car on the side of the road?
Yes. We do the repair wherever the vehicle is sitting, so you don’t need a tow. We diagnose it first, tell you what it needs and what it costs, and fix it there.
Do you do jump starts, tire changes, or lockouts?
No. We’re a repair service, so we come out to find and fix what’s wrong with the vehicle. If the battery turns out to be the problem, we can test it and replace it on the spot.
How much does a roadside call cost?
The diagnostic fee is $95, and half of it is credited toward the repair when we do the repair the same day. You get the price for the repair before any work begins.
Does it cost more at night or on weekends?
No. After-hours calls cost the same as daytime calls: the $95 diagnostic fee, with the repair priced before any work begins.
