How do I know if it’s the battery, the starter, or the alternator?
You often can’t tell from the symptoms alone, because all three can leave you with a car that won’t start. We test the battery and the starting and charging systems on-site, so you only pay for the part that has failed.
Can you replace a starter or alternator where my car is parked?
Yes. We bring the tools and do the work in your driveway, at your office, or wherever the vehicle stopped.
How much does a mobile battery replacement cost?
A battery swap is usually just our $95 service charge, plus the cost of the battery.
How much does a starter or alternator replacement cost?
It varies a lot from one vehicle to the next, so we don’t quote a flat price. After the $95 diagnostic you get the full price, parts and labor, before any work begins. Half of the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair when we do it the same day.
